The 6th grade class built boats out of cardboard big enough for a student to ride in, then took them out to the Little Spokane River to race their creations on Tuesday, June 6.  See a Photo Gallery and a Video...

The 7th grade finished their water-themed activities this year with a "Quest for Water" challenge on Tuesday, June 6.  See photos of the students and teachers who rose to the challenge...

The 8th grade has studied American history all year, so on June 6, the last day of classes, they got to re-enact the Civil War Battle of Gettysburg with squirt guns and water balloons!  See a photos of the two sides and find out who won this time...

One of the Upper School May Term classes featured car repair projects, as students learned about the mechanics of internal combustion engines and all of the systems that keep them running correctly.  See photos of their presentation... 

The 6th grade capped off a year of learning about water resources (dams & fisheries) and cultures (Native American & religious traditions) with a two-day trip to the Nez Perce Reservation in Central Idaho on June 1-2. The seventh grade students spent Monday, June 5 all over campus.  After collecting macroinvertebrates from the creek on campus and the Little Spokane River, they identified them using the Biology Lab microscopes...

Tuesday, June 6 is the last day of school for grades 9-11. However, the Lower and Middle School classes (K-8) will come for a half-day on Wednesday, June 7...

After studying famous Americans, the 2nd grade class dressed up as their person and staged an "American Heroes Wax Museum" where they recited a speech about their person.  See photos of these famous Americans...

The 8th grade travelled to the Olympic Peninsula last week for their annual Coast Trip.  See photos of them exploring the rainforest and identifying creatures in the tide pools...
