Saint George’s debaters visited Central Valley High School on Nov. 11, tackling some of the toughest high school competition in the country.  Kylie Vera & Grace Generous reached the Sweet Sixteen, Charlie Darnall & Nik Chaudhry made the Elite Eight, while Paul Darnall & Chaitanya Nalluri took 2nd place in a tough Novice Division in their first competition... 

The Pilgrim's Progress chess tournament at Saint George's School drew in 81 players from the region, the largest chess tournament in the area other than state in the past seven years.  Eight SGS players participated - see a Photo Gallery of them and see how they finished...  

Saint George's is sending two Math Is Cool teams to the State Masters Championships in Moses Lake on Saturday, Nov. 18.  The eight students will compete in the Phi Division, the second-toughest category, against top math students from across Washington State.  See who's headed to State...

The SGS Chess Club is open to grades 1-8 and meets once a week after school in the Lower School Multipurpose Room (downstairs next to 5th Grade) October through April.  Beginning Players meet Tuesdays from 3:15–4:15 pm beginning Oct. 3.  Advanced Players meet Thursdays from 3:15–4:30 pm beginning Oct. 5...
