Boys Soccer Advances to State

The boys soccer team hosted Walla Walla Valley Academy on Nov. 5 in a Sub-Regional playoff match -- see a Photo Gallery of the contest.  That 6-1 win moved the Dragons on to the East Sub-Regional Championship match on Nov. 9.  There the Dragons hosted Riverside Christian for the District 5/6/7/9 title, posting a 3-0 victory on the strength of two goals by James Gunn.  For the first round of State playoffs, SGS will host Friday Harbor at 11am on Saturday, Nov. 16 with a spot in the State Final Four on the line.  Be sure to cheer on the Dragons on Saturday -- playoff tickets are $7 for students and $10 for adults.  Go Dragons!
