Gala Celebration Highlights the Arts at SGS

Saint George's Gala Celebration of the Arts brought families and friends to the Schmidt Center on May 13 for "A Night of Self Expression".  Surrounded by student artwork and entertained by the Upper School choir and band, attendees munched on hors d'oeuvres, bid on live auction items and waited to see which families would win the raffle prizes.  The Fund-an-Item this year was a new Center for Innovation in teaching, learning and technology, with more than $100K pledged to make this initiative a reality.  See a Photo Gallery of this fun event and view another gallery showing the Artwork on Display.  Plus see the US Choir sing "Seasons of Love" and Alex Anderson's Hot Fiddle in "The Devil Went Down to Georgia".
