See 7th Grade "Water Warriors" in Biology Lab

June 05, 2017

The seventh grade students spent Monday, June 5 all over campus.  First they collected macroinvertebrates from the creek on campus and the Little Spokane River then identified them using the Biology Lab microscopes; see a Photo Gallery of their discoveries.  Then they pulled up scotch broom, a noxious weed, in the woods above campus.  After that they climbed into the creek to pull out invasive aquatic plants.  Good thing the weather was nice for their exertions!
