See 5th Grade Immigrant Experience

The 5th grade class researched immigrants to America from 1918 and then had their own Ellis Island experience on Friday, Feb. 9.  After dressing up in character, each student described their life as an immigrant during the Lower School Assembly (see Video).  Then they had to negotiate the bureaucracy (their parents) of "Ellis Island" to become American citizens.  See a Photo Gallery of their experience!
