Wu & Jones Perform at State Solo & Ensemble

Two SGS students performed at the State Solo & Ensemble competition in Ellensburg on Saturday, April 28 -- 12th grader Susie Jones in the Alto Vocal division and 10th grader Sarah Wu on the piano.  Both girls were in the top 16 musicians in the State in their divisions.  Both also received two Superior ratings and one Excellent rating.  See a Video of Susie singing "Mandolin" by Claude Debussy and "Nina" by Manuel de Falla.  See a Video of Sarah performing Beethoven's Sonata in F sharp major Op. 78 Mov.
