AN IB WORLD SCHOOL

Sept. 17-28 Drive for Daybreak Center Teen Girls

September 24, 2018

The Upper School is collecting "normal teenager goods" for the teen girls at Daybreak Youth Services, a nonprofit provider of adolescent addiction and mental health treatment services.  The SGS Community Service Club hopes to raise awareness for Daybreak, as well as collect items to donate to these teens in need.  During this drive from Monday, September 17 through Friday, the 28th, we will be collecting (but not limited to):

Socks, Journals (no spiral wires), Adult Coloring Books, Board/Card Games, Hair Products, Hair Ties/Scrunchies, Lotion, Water Bottles, Gift Cards (coffee, fast food, iTunes), Prom/Homecoming Dresses, Art Projects you have made or Art Supplies.

Daybreak is a safe environment for these girls to heal, grow and learn in.  They will appreciate receiving anything that any other teenage girl would want!  Thank you for your donations and support for this amazing facility!
